Mystery Google Hangout!
Today is our first Mystery Google Hangout! The class has been waiting all day for this moment! No one knows exactly what to expect. As the other class calls everyone becomes suddenly silent. Ben asks the first question. They ask us if we are in the U.S. We say yes. We've figured out that their state is two words and it's North of the Mason Dixon line. When we ask if there state is New Jersey they say, yes! The entire class says hooray! But, the chat is not over yet, we are still trying to guess their county. And they are still trying to guess our state. Two questions later they guess Oregon!
now it is a race to see who guesses the county first.
Everyone is working hard to find more clues. It is a tough race, because the other class is much more experienced then us. Finally we found their county it is Mercer county! Right after that they found
out what our county is.
Now that we've finished we are sharing facts with each other. We show each other the entire class. Then share more facts! I thought this was an amazing learning experience! I thought this was so fun and I wish we could do this again! As we end, the whole class says goodbye and they go. I think that every class should have the chance to try it.
